Rediscovery Independent Living is seeking an enthusiastic Drop In Coach to support young adults in independent living settings. You will visit residents to help ensure compliance with program rules and provide crisis management when needed.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Drop In Coach at Rediscovery Independent Living! We are an independent living program that houses young men and women ages 18 to 24 years old in small efficient-type apartments or shared living housing. Our program is designed to support the youth we serve as they become successful and productive community members.
Schedule: This position is part‑time, 8-15 hours a week.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
