Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking Crop Technician Interns to support field diagnostics throughout the growing season. You will scout fields, collect samples, and assist with UAV data collection to guide timely decisions.

This internship requires outdoor work in all weather, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the territory. Enrollment in agronomy or related studies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and fast learner.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Agronomy students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scouting and reporting field observations to Ag Tech team.
• Perform UAV flights to collect imagery and data.
• Collect corn/soybean tissue samples for testing.
• Probe soil moisture and report irrigation data.
• Take soil nitrate samples for nutrient monitoring.
• Place and remove field signs as needed.
• Travel 100% within the territory; 75% field work.
• Participate in weekly professional development.
