Job summary

BRINC Drones is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to assemble components, perform precision soldering and participate in cross-functional teams. The role starts on second shift (~3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with a transition to day shift within 4–6 months, based on business needs.

You will work with engineers to improve processes, troubleshoot electronics, and ensure builds meet quality standards. This position requires avionics or electronics background and the ability to lift up to 49 lbs and

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with assembly, wiring and electronics assembly.
• Familiarity with schematics, diagrams and written instructions.
• Ability to read manuals and repair guides for proper assembly and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to lift up to 49 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate components using schematics and written instructions.
• Read and create assembly work instructions and liaise with other departments.
• Perform micro-soldering, rework and reflow tasks.
• Build prototype models based on technical guidelines.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair and improve electronic/mechanical systems.
