Job summary

BRINC is seeking a Production Technician in Seattle to join our second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with a planned move to days within 4–6 months. You will assemble and test drones and related hardware, perform micro-soldering and repairs, and work with engineers to improve processes.

The role requires an avionics/electronics background and ability to lift up to 49 lbs. Responsibilities include reading work instructions, documenting results, and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and use work instructions and manuals.
• Willingness to lift up to 49 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using schematics and instructions.
• Perform micro-soldering, rework and reflow tasks.
• Test, troubleshoot and diagnose electronic/mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly and tests.
• Collaborate with engineers and other teams to meet production goals.
