Job summary
BRINC Drones is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our production team and drive efficiency across multiple lines on second shift with a transition to days. You will oversee operations, mentor technicians, and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery of life-saving technology.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scalability of manufacturing processes, and maintaining high quality standards in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience with ERP and MES software.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
- Ability to analyze production metrics and drive improvements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing team (10+ technicians) and mentor technicians for skill growth.
- Oversee daily production operations and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Inventory.
- Optimize production processes and production floor layout.
- Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Review and approve production documentation and process changes.
