Job summary
BRINC is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our life-saving drone production operations. You will oversee daily activities, optimize workflows, and ensure quality while mentoring a team of Production Technicians on second shift with an eventual move to day shift.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership, ERP/MES experience, and Lean/ISO 9001 familiarity. You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to scale capacity and improve processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience with ERP and MES software systems.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations across 10+ technicians.
- Mentor Production Technicians; recruit, train and evaluate performance.
- Prioritize and allocate work to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain production standards and quality control measures.
- Oversee production floor layout and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance for planning.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and approve process changes.
