Job summary

DoorDash Labs in the United States is seeking teammates to support daily ground operations for safe, accurate drone deliveries. You will pick up orders from merchants and prepare them for delivery, sharing observations to improve processes and reliability.

You’ll interact with customers and merchants as a brand ambassador, stay adaptable in a fast-moving environment, and travel to merchant locations using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-moving environment.
• Brand ambassador capable of representing the company well in merchant and customer interactions.
