You will learn how autonomous drone technology is transforming last-mile delivery, develop collaboration across teams, and help build trust in drone services among merchants and community members.

Qualifications

• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Support daily ground operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient drone deliveries.
• Pick up orders from merchants and prepare them carefully for delivery—every detail matters.
• Share feedback and ideas to help improve processes and strengthen reliability.
• Be a visible, professional presence in the community—answering questions and helping build awareness and trust in drone delivery.
• Stay adaptable and dependable in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
