Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 is seeking a Sr. Repair Technician to maintain drone aircraft and ensure safe operation at the commercial site. You will lead maintenance, train technicians, and coordinate with engineering, flight ops, and Prime Air teams to deliver reliable drone services.

Applicants should have strong mechanical and electrical skills, mentoring experience, and be prepared for up to 25% travel. Shift work and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical and electrical integration or assembly experience.
• Experience guiding, training and mentoring others.
• Experience with common business applications and tools (Microsoft Office).
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive time-based and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Own fleet performance metrics.
• Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.
• Manage fleet spare parts and inventory.
• Train and mentor other Repair Technicians.
• Assign shift roster and oversee Repair Technicians.
• Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations.
• Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals.
