PROF Group in San Diego is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage the complete lifecycle of hardware development, focusing on the design and manufacture of ruggedized enclosures, including Dongle Cases and Bridge Boxes. You will work with in-house 3D printing technology to rapidly prototype and test your designs.

This role includes responsibilities for developing drone attachment mechanisms and ensuring robust packaging solutions for various environments. Opportunities for field testing will allow you to evaluate the performance of your innovations.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge in 3D printing technologies for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to test and iterate designs for performance in the field.
