Job summary

Skydio, Inc. is seeking a technical product support professional to help commercial customers maximize value from Skydio drone, controller, and cloud products.

You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and cloud issues, guided by knowledge bases and flight diagnostics, with cross-team collaboration to resolve complex cases. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in drone/UAS tech support, strong written and verbal communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Technical Support experience with drones/UAV/UAS.
• Experience providing customer support to utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety organizations.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier technical support to drive customer satisfaction and brand evangelism.
• Be the Voice of Customer frontline to other Skydio teams for product improvement.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to resolve issues and maximize fleet utilization.
• Develop SME knowledge in Skydio UAS platform and share with teammates.
• Participate in pre-release product dogfooding and provide actionable feedback.
• Help build support processes to enhance customer experience.
• Own your work and contribute to operational excellence.
