• Develop deep expertise in drone-delivery workflow and optimize scheduling to improve speed and throughput.
• Design and build scalable, highly available distributed systems with strong performance and maintainability.
• Drive improvements in code quality and engineering practices, mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar.
• Collaborate with PMs, internal customers, and partner teams to define technical requirements and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term fixes to improve system stability and reliability.
