Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree requested with cross-disciplinary mechanical, electrical and software basics.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and project management.
• Familiarity with engineering software tools like JIRA or Confluence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily system performance anomalies and deliver solutions to operations/maintenance teams.
• Assist with launches of new operational sites.
• Lead cross-functional system investigations with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Drive data-driven continuous improvement to system performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain technical procedure documentation.
• Deliver measurable system improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder communication.
