Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Systems Engineer to oversee the development hardware and software integration within our ultra-fast drone delivery operations.

This role ensures high standards for certifying safety-critical software and hardware in airborne systems, working with design engineers to drive continuous improvement in drone software design and cross-functional collaboration. You will translate complex system functions into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in systems engineering.
• Experience analyzing dependencies, tradeoffs, and sensitivities across multi-disciplinary systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, verification, configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance to Design Assurance Levels and software development standards
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners
