Amazon is seeking a Prime Air Area Manager in Richmond, VA to lead daily operations at a Drone Delivery Station. You will oversee flight operations, ground handling, and fulfillment teams to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery performance.

You will drive metrics for safety and quality, manage staffing plans, coach associates, and collaborate with HR on attendance and escalation issues. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of direct people management.
• Experience in fast-paced, automated, industrial environments.
• Ability to work weekends/nights/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 12 hours.

Responsabilidades
