Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience scripting in modern program languages.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Aviation or Aerospace experience (preferred).
• Experience with drone systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot drone system issues observed in operations and restore service quickly.
• Provision site equipment and program check flights at new drone sites.
• Support drone system reliability and performance improvements with data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate with design and service engineering and cross-functional teams.
