Amazon Prime Air in Pennsylvania is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the Product Support Organization. You will troubleshoot drone delivery systems, assist with site launches, and partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations to improve performance and uptime.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot daily drone system performance anomalies and deliver solutions to operations/maintenance teams.
Assist with launches of new operational sites.
Lead cross-functional system investigations with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to optimize drone system performance metrics and drive improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures.
Deliver measurable system behavior improvements based on data analysis; communicate with stakeholders.
