Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience scripting in modern program languages.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot drone system issues observed in operations and rapidly restore service.
• Provision site equipment and program check flights for new drone delivery sites.
• Verify nominal performance before commercial operations start.
• Provide engineering analyses to improve system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings for stakeholders.
