Zipline is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activity across 3–5 Drone Charging Sites in the greater Houston area. This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, staffing, and coaching to maintain safety, quality, and customer experience while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

You will build schedules, manage labor and budgets, travel between sites, and apply data-driven insights to improve performance across the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, warehouse logistics, or related fields.
• 1+ year supervising teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing schedules, labor, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to use data to improve performance.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across 3–5 Drone Charging Sites, ensuring staffing, safety, and readiness.
• Develop Fulfillment Operations Coordinators and site teams.
• Set expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Build staffing schedules reflecting operating hours, forecasted demand, and needs.
• Manage labor plans and budgets across sites.
• Track performance measures and identify bottlenecks for improvements.
• Lead site visits, audits, and coaching to maintain standards.
• Foster relationships with Zipline partners and support new site launches.
