Job summary

Flytrex is seeking an Assembly Technician in Frisco, TX to join our Production Manufacturing team. You will perform assembly tasks, testing, conformity evaluations, and quality control for the Flytrex Unmanned Aircraft System, coordinating with the supply chain team at our IL headquarters to ensure manufacturing alignment with design specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with small electronic systems or UAS experience.
• Associate degree in engineering or related field preferred or equal experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and evaluate conformity of Flytrex UAS components.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
• Operate fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment.
• Perform audits to ensure QMS and regulatory compliance.
• Document inspection results in standard reports.
• Support continuous process improvement.
