Jimmy John''s Delivery Driver in West Allis, WI delivers sandwiches within a defined local delivery area — short routes, familiar territory, and no long hauls. Between deliveries, you''ll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.

Base pay is $11.50–$13.50/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. A $600 sign-on bonus is paid out as $100/month for six months while you''re active and in good standing. Flexible scheduling and a start within 5 days of applying are available.

Base pay $11.50-$13.50/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $22.11/hour including tips over the past six months.

What you’ll actually do

You'll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area - short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls. Between deliveries, you'll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.

• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely
• Double-check every order before it leaves
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately
• Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs

Pay and benefits

• $11.50-$13.50/hour base

• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.37-$0.47 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle

Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.
