Job summary

Jimmy John's is hiring a Delivery Driver for Bloomington, IL. You’ll deliver sandwiches in a defined local area, work in-shop between runs, and learn routes for quick, safe deliveries.

Base pay is $15-$16/hour with tips, plus mileage reimbursement and a $600 sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling and a strong promotion path from within are highlighted by the franchise.

Qualifications

• 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets).
• Must pass an MVR check.

$600 sign-on bonus. Tips paid out every shift. Mileage reimbursement on every delivery.

Base pay $15-$16/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $22.64/hour including tips over the past six months.

Flexible scheduling. Start within 5 days of applying. No CDL required — just your own car and a good driving record.

Your $600 sign-on bonus

Paid $100/month for six months while you're actively working and in good standing.

What you’ll actually do

• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.39-$0.49 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle

• Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.
