Job summary

PREMIUM LOAVES in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Delivery Driver to handle orders, deliveries, and cash while upholding accuracy and speed. No CDL required - just your own car and a good driving record, with English communication for customer orders.

Base pay ranges from $11.50 to $13.50 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. A $600 sign-on bonus is offered, with paid monthly installments while on probation. Flexible scheduling and shift-based bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must pass an MVR check.
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Learn routes and deliver orders quickly and safely.
• Double-check every order before it leaves.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end.
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs.

Base pay $11.50-$13.50/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $26.18/hour including tips over the past six months.

Flexible scheduling. Start within 5 days of applying. No CDL required - just your own car and a good driving record.

Your $600 sign-on bonus

Paid $100/month for six months while you're actively working and in good standing. No hoops.

What you'll actually do

• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely

Pay and benefits

• $11.50-$13.50/hour base

• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.37-$0.47 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle

Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.
