AAR is seeking a Driver / Warehouse Clerk in Jacksonville, FL. The role delivers inventory using company vehicles, unloads shipments, stocks shelves, and performs cycle counts. You will also assist in locating parts and maintaining proper inventory records while adhering to safety standards.

The position is full-time with first-shift hours, requires a valid driver's license, and forklift experience is preferred. Training on hazmat and security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

Driver / Warehouse Clerk – 18857

Description

The Driver / Warehouse Clerk is responsible for delivering inventory to designated delivery points using company vehicle. Ensure that all inventory is properly categorized and accounted for. Receive inventory as needed and ensure that the entire shipment is unloaded.

What you will be responsible for:

• Drive inventory using company vehicles to deliver to designated delivery points (OEM and/or Military Base).
• Unload incoming inventory from trucks.
• Stock inventory into shelf locations.
• Pick inventory for shipment to customers or repair vendors.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Research missing parts to find current locations.
• Receive necessary amount of HAZ/MAT training hours.
• Operate fork lift equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• A minimum of three months related experience and/or training.

• Experience operating a box truck.

• Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.

• Proficient with computer-based data entry systems.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Forklift and/or reach truck experience preferred and must be able to obtain forklift and reach truck certifications.

• Employment is contingent on the ability to obtain and maintain a “Confidential Security Clearance.”
