We are actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who is a team player. This full-time position involves order entry at the sales counter, along with warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, loading trucks, and some driving. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities during the busy season.

Essential Duties

• Entering orders at point of sale using the company computer system
• Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in person
• Order picking/staging
• Replenishment
• Shipping/receiving
• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Delivering products to customers and branch locations
• Maintaining safety standards, including pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and adherence to DOT/CDL regulations
• Understanding and compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including keyboard (typing), mouse, and Internet use
• Acceptable driving record
• Five years of verifiable driving history
• Forklift experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
