Responsibilities

As a Warehouse/Driver associate, you will perform various duties to provide our customers with world-class service and support. Your responsibilities include:

1. Picking up and delivering orders, shipping and receiving materials, and maintaining stock areas and inventory. You will also verify merchandise accuracy and ensure proper stock management.
2. Working from a daily schedule, work orders, and instructions, both verbal and written.
3. Using motor trucks, hand and mobile lift equipment, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, and postage meters.
4. Operating company vehicles for order deliveries, equipment pickup, and mail runs, optimizing routes for efficiency.
5. Assisting in counter and telephone sales, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
6. Maintaining a clean driving record.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of proven customer service and warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution or parts counter environment.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry, math and mechanical aptitude, and basic reading skills.
• Proficiency in English grammar, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial distribution products.
• Warehouse experience.
