Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid

Compensation: $17.75 / hour

As a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid, you will support our warehouse operations by maintaining a safe environment, processing packages, preparing driver routes, conducting inventory audits, cleaning workspaces, and assisting delivery drivers with scheduling and completing deliveries at local communities. Responsibilities also include fleet inspections, executing route inventory audits, and delivering a variety of packages within scheduled windows. The ideal candidate is motivated for self-improvement, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and communicates effectively.

What you'll need:

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Proficiency with smartphone applications and scanning devices
• At least two years of motor vehicle operation experience
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• A smartphone with a paid plan for delivery apps
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail for accurate and timely package delivery
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Physical demands and abilities:

• Regular lifting and moving of parcels during dispatch, loading, and delivery
• Lifting parcels up to 150lbs with equipment or team assistance
• Delivering routes with up to 150 packages across multiple communities
• Picking up inbound freight using material handling equipment
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Moving loads to and from delivery vehicles and throughout communities
• Climbing stairs for deliveries when necessary
• Good vision and depth perception for safe driving
• Operating hand pallet jacks and push trucks
