In This Role You Will

• Reinforce the positive image of the company while delivering equipment, maintaining proper communication, attitude, and appearance.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Service, and other staff as needed.
• Safely load, unload, and secure vehicles and cargo.
• Provide professional, reliable, and safe equipment delivery.
• Operate company vehicles and tools following safety policies.
• Assist with equipment pulling, unpacking for technicians, and updating inventory records (IA, IN & OH).
• Stock and ship parts or supplies to technicians and customers.
• Verify product serial numbers and configurations.
• Clear machine data and hard drives as required.
• Conduct general building and warehouse maintenance, including daily forklift inspections, and report repairs.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance logging.
• Back up other departmental duties as needed.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Assist with receiving, damage inspection, unloading, and load verification.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts per schedule.
• Coordinate with Customer Care to resolve shipping and pickup issues (OH).

You Should Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment DOT physical or current certification.
• Fed Med (DOT) card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to drive 16-26’ straight trucks.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds alone and push/lift over 200 pounds with assistance.
• Forklift certification (internal certification available).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime with little notice.
• Note: Drivers are subject to GFC’s random drug testing program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving straight trucks.
