Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a Coordinator to manage the Student/Trainer program, ensuring efficient scheduling, instructor coordination, and driver retention. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm in an office setting.

Responsibilities include assigning students to trainers, arranging travel and lodging, maintaining the training dashboard, and supporting hotel accommodations for onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Assign students to trainers weekly and coordinate pickup/drop-off locations.
• Coordinate travel and lodging; secure rental cars, flights, bus tickets as needed; provide lodging for students and staff enroute to training locations.
• Maintain and update the training dashboard with student and trainer information; track completion and travel expenses.
• Assign inbound applicants for onsite hotel accommodations and manage overflow to offsite hotels; assist in department action plans.
