Job summary

Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a dedicated Securement Training Instructor to conduct comprehensive driver applicant training and ongoing education for company drivers. The role requires delivering classroom and hands-on instruction using Maverick's LMS and Luma software, while mentoring students and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus specialized schooling or on-the-job education in a skill area.
• 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training, and 1 to 6 months related management experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Must have a Valid CDL.

Responsibilities

• Train applicants on Maverick's load securement practices in classroom and hands-on environments.
• Conduct mentoring and coaching sessions; observe and report challenges.
• Lead, manage and motivate groups of students in a positive educational environment.
• Attend appropriate training to maintain professional/technical knowledge and confidentiality.
