Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver-facing development in classroom, one-on-one, and hands-on settings.
• Present information using instructional techniques and formats (role-play, simulations, group discussions).
• Facilitate simulator training and content development; maintain knowledge of simulator tech.
• Provide one-on-one training for at-risk students to support program completion.
• Maintain attendance, class completions, evaluations, and coaching records.
