McLane is seeking a Driver Trainee to learn essential driver duties, distribute products to customer locations, and gain exposure to warehouse operations as part of a development path to becoming a McLane Driver.

The role offers a training pay of $27.75 during the trainee period and a lucrative pay range once fully trained, from $75k to $115k annually, with regional assignments and day-one benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Learn essential Driver duties including distribution of products.
• Operate tractor-trailer safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Inspect equipment and document DOT inspections.
• Load/unload and deliver products to customer premises.
• Assist in unloading and delivering products as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
