Responsibilities include safe truck operation, securing loads, and assisting with deliveries across customer premises. The program offers comprehensive training and development opportunities. Pay starts at $29/hour during training, with post-training earnings commonly ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 per

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Complete training and receive Class A CDL in 6 months or less.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.
• Able to load/unload and deliver products with accuracy and safety.
• Demonstrates safety-focused and reliable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor to attach trailer and secure lines.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Document deliveries with DDH and monitor product temperatures.
• Ride with Driver Trainer to learn regulations and driving maneuvers.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT requirements.
• Assist in unloading and delivering products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
