G&J Pepsi is hiring a Driver Trainee to be trained across sales positions and provide coverage during absences. You will support customer locations by delivering, stocking, and maintaining products while building strong retailer relationships.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and 6–12 months of sales or customer relations experience. Working environment includes early start times and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license and insurability required.
• 6–12 months of sales/customer relations experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and comply with DOT logs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, stocks, rotates, displays, and maintains products at customer locations per standards.
• Builds relationships with customers and internal Pepsi teams.
• Invoicing customers and collecting payments.
• Handles, stocks, and organizes alcoholic products.
• Operates equipment and follows safety policies and PPE requirements.
