Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Route Trainee to join our distribution team. You will be responsible for delivering and merchandising beverages, stocking products, and setting up shelves and displays at customer locations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and math skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate handheld devices for ordering and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise products to customers, stock shelves, and set up displays.
• Maintain accurate invoices and process orders daily.
• Operate company truck or vehicle with a GVW under 26,000 pounds.
• Ensure proper completion of end-of-day cash and invoice verifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
