EquipmentShare is seeking a Heavy Equipment Delivery Driver in Salt Lake City, UT. You will haul excavators, dozers, loaders, and lifts to active job sites on local routes, loading, chaining, and securing loads with FMCSA standards.

Must be able to operate independently, pass DOT physical and drug tests, and maintain safety compliance. The role offers home daily, Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime after 40 hours and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Experience hauling heavy equipment or heavy haul freight.
• Ability to chain, bind, and secure loads independently.
• Must pass a DOT physical and DOT regulations.
• Background and drug testing as required by DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Haul heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders, lifts) on local routes.
• Load and unload equipment, secure with chains per FMCSA standards.
• Verify loads meet weight, width, height, and clearance limits.
• Inspect vehicle pre- and post-trip; report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with dispatch on delivery windows and access.
