RelaDyne is seeking a Home Daily CDL Driver (Class A Heavy Haul) based in Midland, TX. This role offers hourly pay with overtime, sign-on bonus options, and quarterly safety bonuses, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL and hazmat/tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year tractor trailer experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to operate a 10-speed transmission.

Responsibilities

• Follow delivery instructions and comply with DOT safety policies and procedures.
• Safely secure and deliver storage tanks, equipment, or bulk packaged products to various locations.
• Use onboard technology (Smartlogix, Samsara) as directed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

What You'll Do

• Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
• Safely secure and deliver storage tanks, equipment or bulk packaged products to various customer or terminal locations in a timely and efficient manner
• Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable
• Comply with company's accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager

What You'll Bring

• Minimum age 23
• Valid class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• At least 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Ability to load, unload, strap, or chain down equipment
• Ability to drive a 10-speed
• Ability to be clean shaven
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended workweek-overnight and/or out-of-town travel if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using a Roll-off trailer
• Experience with Land Doll Trailer
• Experience operating a Fork-Lift

Work Environment

This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.
