Job summary

RelaDyne in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Home Daily CDL Driver Class A Fuel to deliver fuel locally, with hourly pay and overtime benefits. The role includes sign-on and quarterly safety bonuses, home daily schedules, paid holidays and vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will load/unload, use onboard technology (Smartlogix, Samsara), and complete paperwork while meeting DOT safety rules. CDl-A with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• 1 year of liquid bulk hauling or 2 years tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and the ability to work nights and overtime.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow delivery instructions and comply with safety policies.
• Load, unload, and deliver products at customer sites safely.
• Operate pumps and hoses to load/unload, use onboard tech as directed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, with occasional cross-training.

What You'll Do

• Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
• Properly load and unload products at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
• Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, safely filling tanks using various size hoses, nozzles and fittings
• Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable
• Cross train on Class B Bobtail
• Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager

What You'll Bring

• Minimum age 23
• Valid class A CDL
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• Have at least 1 year of experience hauling liquid bulk or 2 years tractor trailer experience
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime
• May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing
• Ability to meet all criteria for the eRailSafe program
• Safe driving record

Work Environment

This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.
