zTrip is seeking a motivated Driver Talent Acquisition specialist to lead the recruitment lifecycle for our driver network in Pensacola, FL. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and building a robust candidate pipeline to support fleet growth.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic outreach, and coordinating with operations to meet staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and a strong employer brand in our fast-growing transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS is a plus.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Guide applicants through the entire hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, licensing verification, and employment documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate new driver orientations and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Partner with operations and management to meet staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives to promote opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
