Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Drivers Recruiting Manager for the Drivers Division. The ideal candidate will recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer candidates for driver openings, with a passion for impacting lives and the community.

Key duties include identifying driver requirements with management, coordinating job fairs, building a network of driver candidates, developing recruitment programs and ads, collaborating with branch offices, posting ads, reviewing applications, and screening

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of staffing, sales, and team management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify driver requirements and qualifications with management and customers.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and hiring events.
• Develop and maintain a network to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Create recruitment programs and collateral to attract applicants.
• Collaborate with Staffmark branch offices to recruit drivers.
• Develop and place job advertising in media and online sources.
• Initiate contact with qualified candidates for openings.
• Review applications and interview candidates for history, education, skills, and salary requirements.
• Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews.
