Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a on-site delivery and inventory specialist in the Puget Sound region. The role involves scanning bar codes, processing orders in Eclipse/Solar, and delivering materials to customer sites while maintaining accurate inventories.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, reliable on-site attendance, and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs). A valid license and DOT medical card are required, with pre-employment screenings expected.

Qualifications

Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and team oriented.
Valid driver's license.
Experience driving company vehicles preferred.
Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within last 3-5 years.

Comfortable working with MS Outlook/Excel & Solar Eclipse
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
Forklift and stock picker use
Frequent computer usage
Punctual, regular and reliable on-site attendance
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review

Responsibilities

Scan bar codes at iSAM sites to determine material needs

Drive delivery van up to 15’
