Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Allentown, PA to receive, document, and ship materials daily, manage inventory, and operate warehouse equipment.

You will handle lot-tracked materials, pull orders, pack and ship, and maintain accurate records in Epicor Kinetic and Fulfillment Workbench; forklift certification and a Chauffeurs License are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeur's license to drive a delivery truck.
• Computer knowledge is required.
• Epicor Kinetic software is preferred.
• CSI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive all types of material daily according to procedure.
• Handle customer returns and inventory transfers.
• Receive and document lot tracked material daily.
• Put away parts and check receiving accuracy against system receipts.
• Pull inventory, pack, and ship orders daily.
• Record heat numbers on packing lists for listed materials.
• Print orders using Fulfillment Workbench.
• Sweep and maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Job description

• Receive all types of material per procedure daily
• Customer Returns
• Customer Managed Inventory Transfers
• Receive and document lot tracked material per procedure daily
• Put away parts per procedure daily
• Check for accuracy in receiving-actual receipt vs. computer receipt
• Check to make sure the part numbers match as well as the quantity
• Update part attributes
• Pull inventory, pack, and ship orders to prevent damage - daily
• Pull and record lot tracked material for sales orders, and transfers - daily
• Check orders to ensure accuracy - daily
• Pull MTR's for all 316L, AL-6XN, C-22, and when requested on orders - daily
• Pick, pack and ship warehouse transfers
• Record heat numbers on packing lists for all 316L, AL-6XN, C-22 materials
• Print orders using Fulfillment Workbench
• Sweep floors; warehouse as needed
• Empty Trash; warehouse as needed
• Break down and/or stack pallets as needed
• Break down cardboard boxes for recycling as needed
• Wipe down shelves and straighten up inventory as needed
• Submit supplies requisition to supervisor
• Train on and operate all warehouse equipment

Requirements
