Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a on-site delivery and inventory specialist in the Puget Sound region. The role involves scanning bar codes, processing orders in Eclipse/Solar, and delivering materials to customer sites while maintaining accurate inventories.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, reliable on-site attendance, and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs). A valid license and DOT medical card are required, with pre-employment screenings expected.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and team oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience driving company vehicles preferred.
• Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within last 3-5 years.
• DOT Medical Examiners Card
• Comfortable working with MS Outlook/Excel & Solar Eclipse
• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Forklift and stock picker use
• Frequent computer usage
• Punctual, regular and reliable on-site attendance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review

Responsibilities

• Scan bar codes at iSAM sites to determine material needs
• Address internal and external customer needs throughout the Puget Sound
• Process orders in Eclipse/Solar
• Interface with customers to identify product opportunities
• Deliver material to customer sites and restock bins/shelves
• Maintain shelves and bar codes at customer sites
• Help with inventory, clean up, and set up at customer sites
• Work with iSAM Lead and Outside Sales to develop additional customer opportunities
• Drive delivery van up to 15’
• Perform other duties as assigned
