Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Delivery Driver for the Gahanna, Ohio area. The role supports local deliveries on a first shift, with overtime as needed. Strong driving record and motor carrier credentials are required.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, securing loads, operating packaging equipment, and basic receiving tasks while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Current Motor Carrier Card required.
• Valid Driver's License with excellent driving record (under 2 points).
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Forklift Pallet Jack experience.
• Experience driving Manual (preferred) and Automatic (required) transmission.
• Physically fit to meet a full day’s demands in a production environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Mechanically inclined and familiar with hand & air tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver goods locally; no overnights.
• Prepare and secure skids and products for shipping.
• Use banders and shrink wrap machines.
• Perform some receiving activities.
• Verify loads for accuracy.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of company vehicles.

1st Shift: Monday –Friday 7 a.M. –3: 30 p.M. Overtime as per business needs
