Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to work on-site in the Gahanna, OH area. This is a full-time position with temp-to-hire potential. The role requires 2–3 years of mechanical assembly experience, ability to read prints, and proficiency with power/air/hand tools.

Required:

• Experience or interest in metal work/fabrication.
• 2-3 yrs. in mechanical assembly (not assembly line).
• Read and interpret prints/schematics.
• Use power/air/hand tools; lift up to 50 lbs.

• Attention to detail & tactical ability.
• Pallet jack experience.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Reliable attendance.

Preferred:

• Identify various metals (Steels, Aluminum).
• Job Shop and manufacturing experience.
