Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Warehouse Lead / Inventory Specialist to work with a leading energy and utility company in Pataskala, Ohio. This is a full-time, long-term contract position with a schedule of Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Wednesdays off, with overtime as needed.

Candidates must live within a 45-minute commute of the worksite. The role focuses on receiving, counting, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining inventory records, operating forklifts, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Warehouse lead experience and forklift experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, store, and issue materials, tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical inventory counts.
• Load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as assigned.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material transportation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and report damaged materials or unsafe conditions.
