Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies in Columbus, OH is seeking a second shift Fabrication Assistant to support fabrication, assembly of metal cabinetry, and related tasks. Initial training will be on first shift.

You will work with cross-functional teams, learn finishing tools, and contribute to a team that values attention to detail and safe lifting practices in a busy job shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a job shop environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret prints and identify metals; basic computer skills helpful.

• Participate in cross-training opportunities.
