Anderson Trucking Service is seeking a Settlement Supervisor to lead our Driver Settlement team and ensure accurate, timely pay. You will supervise daily operations, improve processes, and collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Customer Service to deliver reliable settlements.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills with keen attention to detail. Join a team focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Resolve complex pay, settlement, and billing issues.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Customer Service to solve problems and drive results.
• Champion process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
