This role supports driver clearance from the Dallas hub, ensuring drivers can return to over-the-road driving.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of tasks with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Customer service oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drivers have completed Dallas Hub/Yard clearance items.
• Document routine and random drug test results.
• Handle high-volume counter work for drivers reporting to driver services.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain an efficient Central Clearance Counter.
• Provide information and assistance for all Drivers.
• Build and update permit books.
• Answer driver payroll or general questions.
• Process Cash/Charge transactions for the Company Store.
• Drug Screen Collector (on the job training).
