Responsibilities

• Verify drivers have completed clearance items for Dallas Hub.
• Document routine and random drug test results.
• Handle high-volume in-person inquiries at driver services.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain Central Clearance Counter efficiency.
• Provide information and assistance to drivers.
• Create and update permit books.
• Answer payroll or general driver questions by phone.
• Handle cash/charge transactions at company store.
• Perform drug screen collection with on-the-job training.
